We finished watching the video "Seven Pillars of Catholic Spirituality" by Matthew Kelly. The teens that had a chance to view it, said that they really enjoyed. Please take a minute to ask them about it. This video was given to us by Roger Savage who received it from the youth group at St. Dominick’s in Rogersville, TN where he attended Mass while working in Tennessee. This is an awesome video…funny, thought-provoking, very realistic and to the point.
Sunday, February 26th – Youth Group night, 5:30-8:00pm. Bring a few $$’s for pizza.
Wednesday, February 29th – Music night in the youth room. 6-8:30pm
Sunday, March 4th – Youth Group night, 5:30-8:00pm. Bring a few $$’s for pizza.
Wednesday, March 7th – Q&A night in the youth room. "Legit Defense" will be our subject, please join us.
Our night for Soup & Stations will be March 23rd. All middle school and high school youth involved will need to bring a soup, please sign up in the youth room. Practices for stations will be Wednesday, March 14th, 7:00 – 8:30pm and Wednesday, March 21st, 6:30-8:30pm.
Our practices for the Passion Play will begin on March 11th during our regular youth nights. Sign up in the youth room if you would like to be a part of this awesome event. The Passion Play takes place at all masses the weekend before Easter.
MIDDLE SCHOOL RALLY – All middle school students should have received information, permission slips and health history form for the Middle School Rally. If you have not received one, please talk to Pam Sneller, Keri Zuwala or call the church office. This is an AWESOME event, held at Powers March 10th and we have 2 of Holy Rosary’s high school students on the Rally team!!
